Confirmation is immediate. If your plans change, you can cancel for free up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick up time. you will receive a voucher with all details of your reservation.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that, for any reason you have to cancel your service, cancel it at least 1 days in advance.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via e mail and confirmed by us via email so your cancellation will be on record.
We do not accept cancellation by phone text message or 3 rd parties.
Last minute cancellations on the DATE of the service are not accepted and a No Show fee equal the full amount of the service will be required to be paid by customer
